Superb; the same linear resolution as my D7000, but with the option of full frame lovelyness! Will be trading the D7000 in for this and save the bulk of two bodies. Me like very much!

could it be that 36Mpx/3 = 12Mpx net???
Similar to Sigma SD1 Foveon's chip: 46Mpx(4.800 × 3.200 × 3 layers)-> 15Mpx net!

Any 'rumor' on the ISO range?

Fake! Nobody would put that second focussing pad on the rim of the vertical grip like that, and as it does video and ALL have complained about noise from the metal rings on the body surely Nikon will replace this archaic arrangement with fabric straps into fixed metal eyelets as Canon D series machines have always had. The second focussing pad IS long overdue, but it would be inside the grips flat side. Of course, if they just moved down the one on the camera to the right place for your thumb you would not need two! Duh....
